A multi-tenant cold-outreach platform. I owned its Kubernetes deployment and built the bulk contact import and an LLM classifier for enrichment.

The problem
Contacts arrive in bulk and need enriching before any outreach, and a multi-tenant platform needs deployments that are repeatable and checked.
What I built
- Its Kubernetes deployment: Jenkins, Trivy, GitOps, migration jobs and smoke tests.
- The bulk contact-import CLI.
- An LLM role-relevance classifier for enrichment.
- The migration of embeddings to OpenAI.
Technical details
- TypeScript and Next.js 15 on PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Builds in Jenkins, image scanning with Trivy, deployment through GitOps.
- Migration jobs and smoke tests as part of the deployment.
- An LLM classifier that scores how relevant a contact's role is.
